On the occasion of 20 years since the NATO bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, a panel was organized by the Defense Attache of the Republic of Serbia, Colonel Miroslav Nikolić, on Tuesday, March 26th. The panel was attended by Mr. Jacques Hogard, a retired colonel, and Andre Rakoto, Director of the National Office for War Veterans and Victims of the war in the Paris region. Following the introductory speach of Colonel Nikolic, a documentary was screened, and after a speech of Mr. Hogard and Mr. Rakoto a session of questions and answers followed. The panel was also attended by Ambassador Nataša Marić.
